Having established... who you are and what makes you tick... we then work to identify... your ideal career... right at the start of our working together we are introducing ideas and possibilities without judgement. Now is the time to start exploring and developing these ideas and possibilities. We first expand on whatever we have generated to date, casting the net as wide as possible, then we take a look at what we have, drawing down the ideas and possibilities into key themes. We then explore which themes fire the passion and energy and those themes we develop further to establish a rich picture of...

We then help you get everything you need in place in order to... make it happen... we break that rich picture of your ideal career down into steps, providing in effect, a road map. We identify opportunities and potential barriers or requirements that may need to be met along the way.
Once we are happy with the road map and have established suitable ways to overcome any anticipated obstacles, we plan a campaign to get you well on the way. The campaign will inevitably involve developing CV's and covering letters, for which our work to date will form the basis.
